2002
From 23-30 September 2002, Friends of the
Earth took part in activities around the 2002
annual meetings of the World Bank and the IMF
in Washington, DC.
Representatives of FoE groups and people
affected by the projects and policies of
these institutions descended upon Washington.
We and thousands of others were there to
protest, testify and present alternatives. On
